Accessibility Statement

We are committed to providing an equal service to all users and to making this site accessible to people with disabilities, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and its regulations.

Level of accessibility

We aim to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. Measures implemented include:

  • Valid, semantic HTML compatible with assistive technologies (screen readers).
  • Full keyboard navigation, including a "skip to content" link.
  • Readable color contrast and text sizing.
  • Full support for Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) directionality.
  • Clear labels on all form fields and accessible error messages.
  • Responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference.
  • A built-in accessibility menu (the floating button at the bottom of the screen): text enlargement, high contrast, grayscale, link highlighting, stopping animations and an enlarged cursor — preferences persist between visits.

Known limitations

We improve the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis. Some areas, or embedded third-party content, may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter an inaccessible element, we would be glad if you reported it so we can fix it.
