Data you provide:

• Newsletter signup: your name and email, plus a record of the consent you gave (time of signup, the consent wording, and whether you opted in to marketing) — as required to document consent under law.
• "Your own problem" form and inquiries: the text you type (role, problem description, tools). Please avoid entering identifying or sensitive details in these fields.

Data stored only on your device: to remember the track you built and your progress, we store data in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time via your browser.

What we do not collect: we run no advertising or tracking cookies and build no marketing profile of you. We make no paid AI-model calls on anonymous visitors — value is delivered through links into your own Claude.

• To send you the newsletter and updates about new capabilities and content, per your signup.
• If you opted in to marketing — to send promotional content, offers and invitations from claude2b and its partners.
• To improve the guide library and identify problems worth specifying (based on submitted inquiries).
• To respond to and follow up on your inquiries.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your data. We may share it, only for the purposes above, with:

• Technology service providers that run our infrastructure — e.g., Google services (to store signup records) and our hosting/deployment provider. These providers may process data outside Israel, subject to the safeguards required by law.
• As required by law: pursuant to law, a court order, or to protect our rights.

Third-party services you choose to use: "Open in Claude" links go to your own Claude account at Anthropic — what you run there is subject to Anthropic's policies, to which we are not a party. Joining the WhatsApp community is subject to WhatsApp's policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services.

Under Section 30A of Israel's Communications Law ("the Spam Law"), we will send you marketing messages only if you gave prior, explicit consent via a dedicated, separate checkbox on the signup form (not pre-checked). This consent is entirely your choice and is not a condition for receiving the site's free content.

Every marketing message will identify us and include a simple way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@claude2b.com — and we will stop sending you marketing.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the right to:

• Access (Section 13): review the data we hold about you.
• Correction (Section 14): request correction or deletion of data that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.
• Unsubscribe: ask us to stop contacting you and remove you from our mailing list.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@claude2b.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable time and as required by law.

We keep your data as long as you are subscribed or as needed for the purposes it was collected, and thereafter for a reasonable period required for record-keeping and legal compliance. We take reasonable measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure; however, no system is completely secure.

The site is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data on minors under 18. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with its date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
