Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 5, 2026
We consider accessibility an essential part of the service and work to make the Site usable and convenient for everyone, including people with disabilities — in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Conformance level
The Site implements the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA, in the spirit of Israeli Standard 5568 ("Web Content Accessibility"). It is tested on common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and on mobile devices.
Accessibility features
- Semantic page structure (headings, navigation landmarks) supporting screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a "skip to content" link and a visible focus indicator.
- AA-compliant color contrast; text can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content.
- Clear labels on all form fields, with screen-reader-announced error messages.
- Full Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) support with correct directionality throughout.
- Respects the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
- No flashing content, no auto-playing video, no time limits.
The accessibility widget
Every page includes an accessibility widget (a button at the corner of the screen) offering:
- Text enlargement and reduction (up to 4 steps).
- High-contrast mode and grayscale mode.
- Link highlighting and a readable-font mode.
- Stopping animations and motion.
- Enhanced keyboard-focus highlighting.
- One-click reset. Preferences are saved in your browser for future visits.
Exceptions
We continuously work on accessibility across all pages. Some components may not yet be fully accessible — including third-party content (such as the claude.ai or WhatsApp interfaces) outside our control. If you encounter a problem, we would like to know and fix it quickly.
