Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This is an English summary provided for convenience. The binding version is the Hebrew Privacy Policy; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
This policy explains what personal data claude2b.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and your rights — under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13, in force since August 2025) and its regulations. Data controller (database owner): mirapps, shahaf@mirapps.com.
1. Data minimization by design
Reading the Site requires no registration and collects no personal data. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels, and we never sell or rent personal data. Personal data is collected only when you choose to provide it — in the community & updates signup form.
2. What is collected, and why
- On signup: your email address, name (if provided), the channels you chose, interface language, the exact consent text and the signup time.
- Purposes: sending the updates you requested, managing the community and WhatsApp group, and documenting consent as required by law.
- Notice under Section 11 of the Law: you are under no legal obligation to provide this data; providing it is voluntary and subject to your consent. Not providing it only means we cannot send you updates or add you to the community.
- Browser preferences (localStorage): accessibility settings and your saved "track" are stored in your browser only and never sent to our servers.
- Using the guides: "Open in Claude" buttons run in your own Claude account, governed by Anthropic's privacy policy — that data never passes through us.
3. Who data is shared with
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf:
- Supabase — secure storage of signup records.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- An email delivery provider — for sending updates, if used.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you join the group, your membership is governed by WhatsApp's terms; note that your phone number is visible to group members.
Some providers store data outside Israel; such transfers comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations, 2001. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or court order.
4. Your rights
- Access (Section 13): receive a copy of the data held about you.
- Correction and deletion (Section 14): request correction or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
- Withdrawing consent: unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message or by contacting us. We will stop mailings and delete your details, keeping only the minimal record needed to prove legal compliance.
- Complaint: you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
To exercise your rights: shahaf@mirapps.com.
5. Security, retention, minors
Data is stored in secured systems per the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017 — encrypted in transit, with restricted access. The public cannot read the signup database; the website itself can only add a signup record, never read data. Data is kept while your signup is active and deleted after unsubscribing, as described above. The Site is intended for business audiences and does not knowingly collect data about minors under 18.
6. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page with its update date. Privacy questions: mirapps, shahaf@mirapps.com.
