Terms of Use
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This is an English summary provided for convenience. The binding version is the Hebrew Terms of Use; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. General
claude2b.com (the "Site") is operated by mirapps (the "Operator", "we"). Contact: shahaf@mirapps.com. Using the Site and its services — including signing up for updates, the community and the WhatsApp group — is subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them.
2. The service
The Site offers free, practical guides for implementing Claude in businesses — no registration required to read. You may voluntarily sign up for email updates, a professional community and a WhatsApp group. The guides operate within your own Claude account (e.g., via links to claude.ai); your account, its contents and its costs are your responsibility.
3. Independence from Anthropic
Claude is a product of Anthropic PBC. The Site and the Operator are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude's capabilities, pricing and terms are set by Anthropic and may change — always check the official documentation and the screen in front of you.
4. Email updates and unsubscribing (Israeli anti-spam law)
Updates and promotional content are sent only with your explicit prior consent, per Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasts), 1982. Every message identifies the sender and includes a simple way to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time — via the link in any message or by emailing shahaf@mirapps.com — free of charge. You may leave the WhatsApp group at any time from within the app.
5. Community & WhatsApp group rules
- Keep discussion respectful and professional; no harassment or discrimination.
- No spam, repeated self-promotion, unrelated commercial content or unlawful content.
- Do not share other people's personal information without their consent.
- The Operator may remove content or participants who violate these rules.
- Content shared by community members reflects its authors only and is not the Operator's responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
Site content — texts, guides, prompts, design and code — belongs to the Operator or to third parties who permitted its use. You may use the content and prompts for your internal business needs. Commercial copying or redistribution requires prior written approval.
7. Limitation of liability
Content is provided "as is" for general information only. It is not legal, accounting, security or other professional advice, and does not replace your own assessment of tool suitability, including the security, privacy and regulatory considerations that apply to you. The Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site or of third-party tools mentioned in it, which operate under their own terms.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. Questions: shahaf@mirapps.com.
